In me, a textile artist, a painter, a photographer and a video artist are daily fighting for a place as an image maker and a story-teller. Even though my art work has gone through certain changes especially in form during the years the most important content: people and society, remains. For a one who is devoted to solitude, it is occasionally extremely confusing.

For a one who is devoted to solitude, it is occasionally extremely confusing.
The compulsion of mine to make images is more important than a certain material I use at my work. I love irony, black humor and confrontation. When an image evokes discussion and emotions; disgust, admiration, or whatever, then it becomes art.
